Do you have a passion for filmmaking? Do you enjoy a good scare? Well, we dare you to take on The Titan Terror Project! It's your chance to showcase your creativity, storytelling skills, and cinematic artistry while following a thrilling twist.

The Twist: Your short film must prominently feature a doll, and the judges must quickly identify it as such. Beyond that, the sky's the limit! Unleash your imagination, gather your team, and create a short film that will leave audiences on the edge of their seats.

  • Location: New Wilmington Borough Amphitheater

How to Enter

  1. Gather Your Team: Assemble friends, family, co-workers, or even strangers who share your passion for filmmaking. Teamwork makes the dream work!

  2. Film It: Use your phone or any other camera to bring your story to life. Your movie should run between 2 to 5 minutes. Make your movie in 16:9 (landscape) HD format.

  3. Incorporate the Doll: Make sure the doll is integral to your story. The judges must easily spot it.

  4. Submit: Upload your film to YouTube or a similar platform, and provide us with the link through our Google Entry Form. Submissions are open from September 27 to October 27.

Entry categories

  1. Newbies- for first-time filmmakers.

  2. Repeat Offenders- People who have previous experience in filmmaking or film festivals.

Rules and Guidelines

1. Eligibility and Entry Requirements:

  • Films should have a running time of 2-5 minutes.

  • Your movie must prominently feature a doll as the required prop.

  • Ensure that your film is suitable for all audiences, with content appropriate for viewers of all ages.

2. Content Restrictions:

  • No firearms, explosive materials, or content that may trigger outrage or discomfort.

  • Avoid promoting extreme violence, hate speech, or discrimination.

  • Use appropriate language; steer clear of offensive, vulgar, or explicit content.

3. Intellectual Property and Promotion:

  • By submitting your film, you grant us the right to use it for festival-related promotional purposes.

  • All entries become the intellectual property of WCN, The Holcad & Titan Radio.

  • Music used in entries must comply with federal copyright laws. Make sure you have written permission to use any music Or utilize royalty-free music and sound effects. Don't make Taylor Swift come after you.

4. Releases and Permissions:

  • Get the necessary personal and location releases from individuals featured in your film and property owners or locations.

5. Judges' Discretion:

  • Our judges may disqualify entries that violate content restrictions or don't align with the festival's values.

  • Their decisions are final, and no appeals will be considered.

Submission Process

  • Register through our Google Entry Form between September 27 and October 27.

  • Make sure your film is in the appropriate playback format (16:9 HD) and adheres to all the rules and guidelines.
